Privacy Policy for superhero.pw โ how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Introduction
Farm Red Studios (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for users of superhero.pw. - “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can plan, write, and produce comics, episodes, and stories from first draft to final page.

I. Information We Collect
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”
Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, browser type, device type, preferences you submit, and number of clicks or pages visited.
Personal Information includes your email address, name, billing information (processed through Stripe), project data you create within the Service, and any other information you submit to us through the registration process or while using the Service.
1. Information Collected via Technology
To create an account, you must submit your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you may submit further Personal Information including your name and payment details. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as:
- The website you came from (the “referring URL”)
- The type of browser you use
- The device from which you connected to the Service
- The time and date of access
- Pages viewed and features used
- Other information that does not personally identify you
We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our services, both on an individual and aggregate basis. For example, the Company may use cookies to collect the following information:
- Session management and authentication status
- User preferences and settings within the Service
- Usage patterns and feature interaction data
- Device and browser characteristics
The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser. We store a persistent cookie to maintain your authentication session.
2. Information You Provide by Registering for an Account
In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. You can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering your email address, creating a username and a password, and optionally providing additional information. - Creating and editing projects, series, episodes, and characters
- Writing and saving scripts, notes, and scraps

3. Third-Party Integration Data
The Service may offer integrations with third-party services such as Google Drive, Adobe Drive, Clip Studio Cloud, Kickstarter, and BackerKit. When you connect these services:
- We access only the data you explicitly authorize
- We do not store your third-party login credentials
- Data retrieved from third-party services is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy
- Each third-party service’s own privacy policy also applies to data they collect
4. Payment Information
When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with a token representing your payment method, and we only receive confirmation of successful or failed transactions, the last four digits of your card, and card brand information.
5. Children’s Privacy
The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. II. How We Use and Share Information
Personal Information
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent.
We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as:
- Stripe โ for processing subscription payments
- Cloud service providers โ for hosting and data storage
- Email service providers โ for transactional and service-related communications
Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
