Creating Your Account

  1. Visit app.superhero.pw and sign up with your email.
  2. Verify your email address through the confirmation message.
  3. You’ll land on the Series Dashboard — your home base.

Your First Series

A Series is the top-level container for your story. Think of it like a comic book run or a TV show.

  1. From the Dashboard, click Create New Series.
  2. Give your series a name (e.g., “The Obsidian Gate”) and an optional description.
  3. Click Create — you’re in.

Inside a Series

Once you open a series, you’ll see tabs for everything that belongs to it:

  • Projects — Individual episodes, issues, or chapters within the series
  • Characters — Your full character library
  • References — Image links, site bookmarks, and documents organized as references
  • Notes — Series-level notes and scraps
  • Story — Story planning tools for plot mapping
  • Palette — Color palette management for your series
  • Analytics — Writing velocity, character presence, and narrative balance charts

Creating a Project

A Project represents a single episode, issue, or chapter:

  1. Inside your series, go to the Projects tab
  2. Click Add Project
  3. Fill in the project title, type, and optional description
  4. Once created, you can set start/due dates and add pages

Writing Your First Page

Each project contains Pages — the individual script or layout documents:

  1. Open a project and click Add Page
  2. Enter a page number and title
  3. Click the page to open the Page Editor
  4. Start writing! The editor supports Markdown and Fountain screenplay syntax.
