Settings & Billing

Manage your account, subscription, integrations, and team groups.

Settings

The Settings page is accessible from the sidebar. It has three main sections:

Account

View and update your account information:

  • Name — Your display name
  • Email — Registered email (cannot be changed here)
  • Username — Update your username
  • Password — Change your password

Group Management

Groups allow teams to collaborate on series together. The Group Management section lets you:

  • View your groups — See all groups you belong to
  • Create a group — Set up a new team workspace
  • Manage members — Invite users, assign roles, and remove members
  • Group settings — Update group name and configuration

Inviting Members

  1. Open a group
  2. Click Add User
  3. Enter the invitee’s email address
  4. They’ll receive an invitation to join the group

Accepting an Invitation

If someone invites you, you’ll receive a link like /accept-invite?token=.... Click the link to accept and join the group.

Subscription & Billing

Plans

Plan Price Limits
Trial Free 30 days, limited features
Pro $15/mo Unlimited access to all features

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription & Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Now next to the Pro plan
  3. You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment
  4. After payment, you’re automatically returned and your plan is updated instantly

Canceling

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

  • Cancel (Keep Access) — Cancels at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then and can reactivate.
  • Cancel & Refund — Cancels immediately and requests a refund for the latest payment. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

Reactivating

If your subscription is set to cancel at period end, a Reactivate button appears. Click it to resume your subscription immediately.

Billing History

Your billing history section shows past invoices and payment records processed through Stripe.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Integrations

The Integrations section (accessible from Settings) connects superhero.pw with external tools:

Google Drive

Connect your Google Drive to reference and embed documents from your Google workspace directly into your projects.

Adobe Drive

Connect Adobe Creative Cloud to sync assets between superhero.pw and your Adobe workflow.

Integration settings are available under the integrations sub-section of your account settings.
